MEHMET ALTUĜ EMPHASIZES TO CONTINUE WORK ON HEALTH TOURISM, HEALTH EDUCATION & RESEARCH PROGRAME WITH PH&CA.

FOREIGN ECONOMIC RELATION BOARD OF TURKIYE AND PH&CA DEVELOPING TWO WAY BRIDGE BETWEEN TWO COUNTRIES.

(Staff Reporter) Meeting of Private Hospitals & Clinics Association with Turkish delegation of Foreign Economic Relations Board was held at Karachi. Dr. Junaid Ali Shah, President of PH&CA, His Excellency Ergul Kadak, Consul General Republic of Turkiye and Dr.Mehmet Altug Chairman Foreign Economic Board of Turkiye chaired the meeting. Dr.Junaid and Dr.Mehmet Altug unanimously decided to open a joint international office in Pakistan to create business opportunities in healthcare industries, Health Tourism, referral of patients who need advance treatment specially in oncology, Aesthetics & Organ Transplant in Turkiye, collaboration research and clinical trials in both Countries. Also emphasized on training, research development, medical education and exchange programme for Pakistan & Turkiye, Flagship hospitals & Clinics in partnership including joint manufacturing of healthcare products with transfer of technology.  His Excellency Ergul Kadak, Consul General Republic of Turkiye says that Turkish Consulate will give full support for health tourism and he will give special assistance for Visa service for patients and Murat ÖZMEN Commercial Attache of Turkish Consulate will give assistance for business development. CEO Ziauddin Hospitals Dr.Hammad Hussain said that Private Hospitals & Clinics Association can play key role to boost healthcare industry and facilities of Turkish Instruments and equipments for healthcare in Pakistan. Dr.Faisal Afzal (Head of Medical Education, Trainings & Research Development and International Business Development Head) gave a presentation about health tourism, medical education, research, and training programs for doctors. He also pointed out the common interests of both countries in health care, potential future partnerships, and how to develop a two way bridges between two countries to benefit each other.  At the end Dr.Bilal Faiz Khan thanks to the visiting delegates.
